District Project means the improvements as described in the District Project Agreement, which improvements shall, in the opinion of counsel to the District, be qualified expenditures for the District under Missouri law, and for which the District is to reimburse the Developer for the costs thereof, all pursuant to the District Project Agreement.
District Project means the improvements described on Exhibit B attached hereto and such other improvements and activities as may be permitted under the CID Act and the CID Petition and approved by resolution of the City’s Board of Aldermen and the District’s Board of Directors.
District Project means the Phase I Transportation Improvements, the Phase II Project Improvements and the Phase II Final Four Improvements.

More Definitions of District Project
District Project means any new construction or renovation of a building or landscape owned or occupied by a District building.
District Project means the improvements described in the District Project Agreement that shall, in the opinion of counsel to the District, be qualified expenditures for the District under Missouri law.
District Project means the Phase I Transportation Improvements and those certain Phase II Transportation Improvements that are more particularly described in the District Contract and all other work product which may be provided by the contractor in connection therewith.

District Project means the portion of the improvements or services described in the CID Petition, which improvements or services shall (a) in the opinion of counsel to the District, be qualified expenditures for the District under Missouri law, (b) and be completed by the Developer and (c) not be part of the Additional District Project. The Parties acknowledge that the scope of the District Project is included within the scope of the Redevelopment Project.
District Project means the Infrastructure Improvements and the Demolition and Site Work, as more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, all of which will be located on or adjacent to the real property within the District.
District Project means the construction and installation of the following public improvements: lawns, trees, and other landscape, sidewalks, streets, traffic signs and signals, utilities, drainage, water, storm and sewer systems, and other site improvements, streetscape, and lighting within the District, and undertaking the construction of other useful, necessary, or desired improvements within the District. The Project may be completed in one or more phases.
