District Cooling System means the various plants, pipeline systems and other facilities used in the distribution of chilled water in the City's downtown district, which the Chicago Subsidiaries have the right to use, operate and maintain pursuant to the District Cooling System Use Agreement and the ancillary agreements contemplated thereby.
