District area definition

District area means a portion of a municipality consisting of 1 or more adjacent or nearby development areas and any surrounding territory that will be significantly affected by the plan for the development area or areas, where a majority of residents in the district area reside in the development area or areas.
District area means the geographical area (boundaries) in which Regular Members operate, as approved by the ASA Board of Directors;
