• Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no transfer of Incentive Distribution Rights to another Person shall be permitted unless the transferee agrees to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

Distribution Rights refers to the right to distribute the programs to an end user embedded with the application package defined in an application package registration form in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
