Distribution Rights means the right to provide the Licensed Services to End Users as further set out in this agreement.

Distribution Rights refers to the right to distribute the programs to an end user embedded with the application package defined in an application package registration form in accordance with the terms of this agreement. The term “embedded” refers to the following requirements, with which the application package must comply:
