Distribution Records definition

Distribution Records has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.
Distribution Records. XXXXXX shall maintain distribution records that contain all of the appropriate information as specified in cGMP.
Distribution Records means, collectively, books of account in respect of the distribution of each Funded Qualifying Project. “Distribution Rights” means, with respect to each Funded Qualifying Project, the sole, exclusive and irrevocable right, under copyright, throughout the Term, to (and to license others to) exhibit, distribute, market, display, project, transmit, broadcast, perform, advertise, publicize, exploit, sell copies of, dispose of and otherwise communicate publicly or privately and/or turn to account such Funded Qualifying Project, in whole or in part (and its plot, themes and other elements), and trailers and clips and excerpts therefrom, in any and all languages and versions, in the Territory, on any and all kinds, sizes, gauges and/or widths of film, tape, computer, electronic, digital, on-line transmission by any and every means, method, process or device or other delivery systems now known or hereafter developed, and in all markets and media now known and exploited, now known and hereafter exploited, and not yet known or devised, including, without limitation, Ancillary Rights, Theatrical Rights, Non-Theatrical Rights, Television Rights and Home Video Rights.

  • In order to enable the Company to comply with the requirements of the European Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (Volume IV of the Rules Governing Medical Products in the European Community), the Distributor shall keep Distribution Records for each Batch of the Product sold to the customers.

  • Distributor shall, and shall ensure that its sub-distributors shall keep current, complete and accurate records regarding (a) the location, model name, and serial number of all servers on which the Software is installed, (b) the number of installations of the client portion of the Software made by Distributor, any sub-distributor, Authorized Evaluator and/or any Authorized End-User, and (c) invoicing and payment of Authorized End- Users' support and maintenance fees (collectively, "Distribution Records").

  • FilmCo shall have the right, at its own expense, but not more than once during each twelve consecutive month period to audit the Distribution Records in order to verify any information related to Gross Receipts or Distribution Costs and Expenses or any payments made to or from FilmCo hereunder.

  • Distributor shall cooperate with such audit, and shall endeavor to minimize the cost thereof by causing Distribution Records to be made available at one office located in the United States, if reasonable and practicable.

Distribution Records has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3. “Distribution Rights” means with respect to each Funded Qualifying Project the sole, exclusive and irrevocable right, under copyright, throughout the Term, to (and to license others to) exhibit, distribute, market, display, project, transmit, broadcast, perform, advertise, publicize, exploit, sell copies of, dispose of and otherwise communicate publicly or privately and/or turn to account such Funded Qualifying Project, in whole or in part (and its plot, themes and other elements), and trailers and clips and excerpts therefrom, in any and all languages and versions, in the Territory, on any and all kinds, sizes, gauges and/or widths of film, tape, computer, electronic, digital, on-line transmission by any and every means, method, process or device or other delivery systems now known or hereafter developed, and in all markets and media now known and exploited, now known and hereafter exploited, and not yet known or devised, including, without limitation, Ancillary Rights, Theatrical Rights, Non-Theatrical Rights, Television Rights and Home Video Rights. “Distributor Collateral” has the meaning set forth in Section 19. “Distributor Security Agreement” has the meaning set forth in Section 19. “Distributor Security Interest” has the meaning set forth in Section 19. “Encumbrance” means any lien (statutory or other), claim, charge, security, interest, mortgage, deed of trust, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, conditional sale or other title retention agreement, preference, priority or other security agreement or preferential arrangement of any kind, and any easement, encroachment, covenant, restriction, right of way, defect in title or other encumbrance of any kind. “Film Production” means a Production that is intended to be exploited theatrically and specifically excludes a Television Production.
Distribution Records. XXXX shall maintain distribution records which contain all of the appropriate information as specified in the Good Manufacturing Practices regulations 21 CFR, Section 211.196.
Distribution Records means, collectively, books of account in respect of the distribution of each Funded Qualifying Project.

Related to Distribution Records

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Education records means an education record as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and its implementing regulations, 20 USC Section 1232g and 34 CFR Part 99, respectively.

  • Distribution Record Date means the Confirmation Date.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Medical Records the Study Subjects’ primary medical records kept by the Institution on behalf of the Study Subjects, including, without limitation, treatment entries, x-rays, biopsy reports, ultrasound photographs and other diagnostic images.   • Transaction Record means a paper Transaction record dispensed mechanically, or written notification generated by or on behalf of Us, or notice of a pending or completed Transaction or a summary of the balance of Your Account, including notifications issued by email or SMS text message to You or available as an Account Statement or balance of Account when You use a Mobile Device or other Access Terminal.

  • Client record means collected documentation of the behavioral health services provided to and information gathered regarding a client.

  • Distribution main means the portion of any main with which a service line is, or is intended to be, immediately connected;

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Remittance Information means the information that must specify the Billing Account Numbers (BANs) paid; invoices paid and the amount to be applied to each BAN and invoice.
