Distribution Payment Date definition

Distribution Payment Date has the meaning set forth in paragraph 2(b) of Annex I.

Distribution Payment Date has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(C)(1) hereof.

Distribution Payment Date means the third Business Day of the month immediately following the month in which the related Distribution Date occurred.

• The Additional Distribution Amount accrued up to any Distribution Payment Date shall be added, for the purpose of calculating the Additional Distribution Amount accruing thereafter, to the amount of Arrears of Distribution remaining unpaid on such Distribution Payment Date so that it will itself become Arrears of Distribution.

• The Distribution Amounts and the Distribution Payment Date so notified may subsequently be amended (or appropriate alternative arrangements made by way of adjustment) without notice in the event of an extension or shortening of the Distribution Period by reason of any Distribution Payment Date not being a business day.

• The first payment of distribution will be made on the Distribution Payment Date next following the Distribution Commencement Date (and if the Distribution Commencement Date is not a Distribution Payment Date, will amount to the Initial Broken Amount shown on the face of such Perpetual Security).

• The Issuer may from time to time, without the consent of the Noteholders, issue further Notes having the same terms as the Notes in all respects (or in all respects except for the issue date, issue price, Distribution Commencement Date and/or first Distribution Payment Date) so as to form a single series with the Notes.

• On or after the Distribution Payment Date for the final Coupon forming part of a Coupon sheet issued in respect of any Bearer Perpetual Security, the Talon forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the Issuing and Paying Agent on any business day in exchange for a further Coupon sheet (and if necessary another Talon for a further Coupon sheet) (but excluding any Coupons that may have become void pursuant to Condition 8).

More Definitions of Distribution Payment Date

Distribution Payment Date in respect of the distributions payable on the Series 1 Preferred Limited Partnership Units means the day on or before the last day of each of March, June, September, and December in each year.

Distribution Payment Date means March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15 of each year, commencing March 15, 2017.

Distribution Payment Date means the dates upon which the General Partner makes distributions in accordance with Section 5.1.

Distribution Payment Date means the first calendar day of January, April, July and October, in each year, commencing on April 1, 2007; provided, however, that if any Distribution Payment Date falls on any day other than a Unit Business Day, the distribution payment due on such Distribution Payment Date shall be paid on the first Unit Business Day immediately following such Distribution Payment Date.

Distribution Payment Date has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3(a) hereof.

Distribution Payment Date means, with respect to any Distribution Period, the payment date for the distribution declared by the General Partner on its Common Units for such Distribution Period or, if no such distribution payment date is established, the last business day of the first full month following such Distribution Period.

Distribution Payment Date in respect of the distributions payable on the Series 8 Preferred Limited Partnership Units means the last day of each Quarterly Floating Rate Period in each year.
