Distributing plant definition

Distributing plant means a facility with the primary purpose of distribution of LP gas, which receives LP gas in tank car, truck transport or truck lots, and distributes such LP gas to end-users by delivery tank truck or through gas piping; such plants have bulk storage of 2,000 gallons water capacity or more, and usually have container-filling and truck-loading facilities on the premises.
