Distinctive Signs definition

Distinctive Signs means trade names, brands, logos and/or any other distinctive signs of each Party;
Distinctive Signs means any trademark or logo of the Advertiser appearing on the Sites.
Distinctive Signs means the trademarks, trade names and logos of each party, as well as their domain names and any other distinctive signs belonging thereto.

Distinctive Signs means any trade xxxx or logo of the Advertiser appearing on the Sites. “Intellectual Property Rights” means any patent, copyright, design right, registered design, database right, trade xxxx, service xxxx, know-how, utility model, hardware, software, programs, codes, trade names, technology, licenses, trade secrets and processes., unregistered design or, where relevant, any application for any such right, trade or business name, domain name or other similar right or obligation whether registrable or not or other industrial or intellectual property right subsisting in any territory or jurisdiction in the world.

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Authorized Users means an individual or individuals with an authorized business requirement to access DSHS Confidential Information.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Trade name means the name of the Hotel set forth in the Addendum.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Proprietary mark or “brand” means the mark or brand of a product which is owned by an industrial firm;

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith.   • Proprietary Information and Technology means any and all of the following: works of authorship, computer programs, source code and executable code, whether embodied in software, firmware or otherwise, assemblers, applets, compilers, user interfaces, application programming interfaces, protocols, architectures, documentation, annotations, comments, designs, files, records, schematics, test methodologies, test vectors, emulation and simulation tools and reports, hardware development tools, models, tooling, prototypes, breadboards and other devices, data, data structures, databases, data compilations and collections, inventions (whether or not patentable), invention disclosures, discoveries, improvements, technology, proprietary and confidential ideas and information, know-how and information maintained as trade secrets, tools, concepts, techniques, methods, processes, formulae, patterns, algorithms and specifications, customer lists and supplier lists and any and all instantiations or embodiments of the foregoing or any Intellectual Property Rights in any form and embodied in any media.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.
