Please note that your Commercial Distillery is solely responsible for collection and remittance of all provincial and federal taxes, levies and fees imposed by the current provincial, municipal, federal or other regulations on sales to your retail customers from your Commercial Distillery unless the terms of the Agreement state otherwise.
If your Commercial Distillery is a new manufacturer, the reporting period is from the date you began your operations to March 31.
