Distillers Grains definition

Distillers Grains means DDG, WDG, and any other form of distillers grain products (including syrup) marketed by any Borrower from time to time.

Examples of Distillers Grains in a sentence

  • The estimated production of Distiller's Grains at the Plant by EKAE, to be sold to UBEI, is approximately eight thousand five hundred (8,500) tons of DDG per month on a dry matter basis, and EKAE shall use its best efforts to produce such amount of Distiller's Grains.

  • As may be applicable, all purchases and sales of Distiller's Grains made hereunder shall be governed by the Feed Trade Rules of the National Grain and Feed Association unless otherwise specified.

  • Upon the termination of this Agreement, for whatever reason, EKAE shall assume and be responsible for delivering any remaining quantities of Distiller's Grains required to be delivered by UBEI to its customers pursuant to UBEI's contracts with the same, provided such contracts are to be delivered by UBEI from the Plant.

  • Should any of the Distiller's Grains be seized or condemned by any federal or state department or agency for any reason, except noncompliance by UBEI with applicable federal or state requirements, such seizure or condemnation shall operate as a rejection by UBEI of the Distiller's Grains seized or condemned and UBEI shall not be obligated to offer any defense in connection with the seizure or condemnation.

  • Prior to the termination of this Agreement, UBEI shall provide EKAE with a listing of all such contracts and the quantities of Distiller's Grains to be delivered pursuant to the same to assist EKAE in completing deliveries under these open contracts.

  • If EKAE produces Distiller's Grains which comply with the warranties in this paragraph 6.B but which do not meet applicable industry standards, UBEI agrees to purchase such Distiller's Grains for resale but makes no representation or warranty as to the price at which such Distiller's Grains can be sold.

  • EKAE understands that UBEI intends to sell the Distiller's Grains purchased from EKAE as a primary animal feed ingredient and that the same are subject to minimum quality standards for such use and each shall be of merchantable quality.

  • The quantity of Distiller's Grains delivered to UBEI from the Plant shall be established by weight certificates, obtained from scales at the Plant, which shall be maintained by EKAE as required by applicable laws, rules and regulations.

  • Title and risk of loss shall pass to UBEI at the point in time when loading the Distiller's Grains into trucks or rail cars has been completed.

  • Biomass means the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste;

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Coal means non-coking as well as coking coal, produced domestically and categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller; and shall where the context so requires, include Imported Coal.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Biodiesel blend means a fuel comprised of a blend of biodiesel fuel with petroleum-based diesel fuel, suitable for use as a fuel in a compression-ignition internal combustion diesel engine.

  • Diesel means a distillate oil which can be used as fuel for the operation of a compression ignition engine and which has an approximate boiling temperature of between 150 °C to 400 °C;

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Blendstock means and includes any petroleum product component of motor fuel, such as naphtha, reformate, or toluene; or any oxygenate that can be blended for use in a motor fuel.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Producers means the agents, general agents, sub-agents, brokers, wholesale brokers, independent contractors, consultants, affinity groups, insurance solicitors, producers or other Persons who sell the Insurance Contracts.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.
