Dissolution or Liquidation definition

Dissolution or Liquidation means the entry of a Final Order by the Bankruptcy Court dismissing or converting the Chapter 11 Case to a case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, pursuant to section 1112 of the Bankruptcy Code.
