Dissent Procedures has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;
Dissent Procedures means the rules pertaining to the exercise of Dissent Rights as set forth in Division 2 of Part 8 of the BCBCA and Article 5 of this Plan of Arrangement;

If a Mydecine Shareholder duly complies with the Dissent Procedures and is ultimately entitled to be paid for their Dissenting Shares, then Mydecine will retain the portion of the Spinco Spinout Shares attributable to such Mydecine Shareholder and such shares will be dealt with as determined by the Mydecine Board in its discretion.

Dissent Procedures means the procedures to be taken by a Shareholder in exercising Dissent Rights.
