Examples of Disqualified Individual in a sentence
Disqualified Individual – An individual who is ineligible for TANF due to being determined a Disqualified Alien (DA), Disqualified Fleeing Felon/ Parole/Probation Violator/Drug Felon (DD), or Disqualified Fraud (DF), Disqualified - Child Support (DM), or Disqualified - JOBS Sanction (DI).
Should it be determined that you are a Disqualified Individual, this Offer of Employment will be rescinded and employment shall not proceed.
The local department will provide written notification to the disqualified individual using the Notice to Disqualified Individual, DHS/FIA IPV 2A or 2B, or DHS/FIA IPV 3A or 3B for court disqualifications.
