Disputes Resolution Procedure definition

Disputes Resolution Procedure means the procedure referred to in Clause 52 [Disputes Resolution Procedure] and set out in Schedule 15 [Disputes Resolution Procedure].
Disputes Resolution Procedure means the procedure set out in Schedule 5.
Disputes Resolution Procedure means the procedure set out in Clause 34.

More Definitions of Disputes Resolution Procedure

Disputes Resolution Procedure means the procedure referred to in Clause 48 and set out in Schedule 15 [Disputes Resolution Procedure.].
