Disputed Services definition

Disputed Services is as defined in clause 7.3;
Disputed Services means Services that are not provided in a Timely and/or Professional manner. Disputed Services Notice means written notice of Disputed Services. ICH GCPs means Good Clinical Practices formulated by the International Conference on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use.
Disputed Services defined in Recital #2 of the Satisfaction Agreement shall consist of “…all claims for services rendered to HMO’s members with dates of service ranging from June 1, 2009 to January 31, 2013…”.
