Disputed Claims Reserve definition

Disputed Claims Reserve means a reserve of Cash that may be funded on or after the Effective Date pursuant to Article VII.E hereof.
Disputed Claims Reserve means a reserve of Cash and/or New Common Stock, to be created by the Debtor or the Reorganized Debtor, for the payment of Disputed Claims that become Allowed Claims after the Effective Date according to the procedures set forth in ArticleVII.A.3 of the Plan.

More Definitions of Disputed Claims Reserve

Disputed Claims Reserve means a segregated account for the payment of Disputed Claims that become Allowed Claims after the Effective Date, which reserve shall be held in trust and maintained by the Liquidating Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of Disputed Claims.
