Disputed Charge definition

Disputed Charge means a Charge about which a claim, complaint, or question has been brought.

In Person Charge (sometimes called a “card present charge” in our materials) means a Charge for which the physical Card or, in the case of Digital Wallet Contactless-initiated Transactions, Mobile Device is presented at the point of sale, including Charges made at Customer Activated Terminals.

  • Additionally, if a Disputed Charge arises involving a Card Not Present Charge that is an Internet Electronic Delivery Transaction, we will have Fraud Full Recourse for the Charge.
