Dispute Settlement Procedure definition

Dispute Settlement Procedure means the procedure set out in Clause 3.1 of the Agreement.
Dispute Settlement Procedure means the procedure for Dispute resolution set forth in Clause 33

Examples of Dispute Settlement Procedure in a sentence

  • Where any disagreement arises, the parties shall follow the Dispute Settlement Procedure contained in this Agreement.

  • Any issue that cannot be resolved shall be dealt with in accordance with the Dispute Settlement Procedure set out in this Agreement.

  • Where upon receipt of the notice referred to above the majority of employees affected oppose the variation the notice period shall be extended to 14 days from the date of the notice to allow the parties to implement the Dispute Settlement Procedure.

  • Union delegates must give reasonable notice to their manager of the requirement to attend a meeting arising as a result of the operation of the Dispute Settlement Procedure.

  • Where a workplace meeting is called with management, including meetings under the Dispute Settlement Procedure, Union delegates that attend will be paid by the Employer any travel and/or accommodation costs necessarily and reasonably incurred.

  • Any dispute arising under this clause shall be determined by the Commission pursuant to the Dispute Settlement Procedure of this Award.

  • If a dispute or difficulty arises over the implementation or continued operation of this provision, it must be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure in Clause 7.1 - Dispute Settlement Procedure.

  • In the event of a dispute as to what the normal custom and practice is, it shall be dealt with under the Dispute Settlement Procedure as provided for in Clause 30 of this award.

  • The Employer acknowledges that Union delegates represent and speak on behalf of members in the workplace and that their representation rights in relation to matters that pertain to the employment relationship are integral to the proper operation of the Dispute Settlement Procedure contained at clause 5 of this Award.

  • Where any disagreement arises, the Parties shall follow the Dispute Settlement Procedure contained in this Agreement.

  • Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3. PJM Tariff, Xxxxxx, O.A.T.T., OATT or PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff: “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter. Plan:

  • Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to HUGE by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.

  • Alternative dispute resolution means mediation, arbitration, conciliation, or other nonjudicial procedure that involves a neutral party in the decisionmaking process. The form of alternative dispute resolution chosen pursuant to this article may be binding or nonbinding, with the voluntary consent of the parties.

  • Expedited Dispute Timetable means the timetable set out in paragraph 164 of Call Off Schedule 11 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);

  • ASTC Settlement Rules means the operating rules of ASTC and, to the extent that they are applicable, the operating rules of ASX and the operating rules of the Australian Clearing House Pty Limited;

  • Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9

  • Xxxx Dispute Notice means the notice issued by a Party raising a Dispute regarding a Monthly Xxxx or a Supplementary Xxxx issued by the other Party;

  • Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in this LGIP for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.

  • Dispute Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.3(a).

  • Dispute Resolution Scheme means the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commission or such other dispute resolution scheme approved or provided for in accordance with section 95 of the Act;

  • ASX Settlement Operating Rules means the rules of ASX Settlement Pty Ltd which apply while the Company is an issuer of CHESS approved securities;

  • Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;

  • Final Settlement Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(b).

  • Dispute Date means, with respect to a Dispute, the date on which a Dispute Notice is effectively delivered by one party to the other party save that if, with respect to a Dispute, both parties deliver a Dispute Notice, the date on which the first in time of such notices is effectively delivered will be the Dispute Date. Each Dispute Notice will be effectively delivered if delivered in the manner agreed between the parties for the giving of notices in respect of this Agreement.

  • Procedure means one or more surgical procedures or medical therapy performed in a Center of Excellence.

  • Notice of Settlement means the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Settlement Notice has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iii).

  • Expert Determination the process described in Paragraph 6 of Schedule 8.3 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);

  • Final Settlement means permanent settlement of the Contractor’s actual allowable costs or expenditures as determined at the time of audit, which shall be completed within three years of the date the year-end cost settlement report was accepted for interim settlement by the State. If the audit is not completed within three years, the interim settlement shall be considered as the final settlement.
