Dispute Resolution Committee definition

Dispute Resolution Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(a).
Dispute Resolution Committee is a committee of the Board consisting of the Independent CQP Directors and the Directors appointed by Cheniere Holdings or the Purchaser, as applicable, which is not, or whose Affiliates are not (other than members of the Partnership Group), parties to the agreement being considered.
Dispute Resolution Committee means an Appeal Committee, appointed by the Council, on a standing basis (subject to annual review), to adjudicate any disputes which the Executive Committee has been unable to resolve. This committee will comprise a minimum of 3 (THREE) and maximum of 5 (FIVE) members of the Union, who shall be held in high regard and ideally include person/s with Legal training. The committee will be answerable directly to the Council. (See Appendix K)

  • In the event there is a dispute concerning the interpretation of this Agreement or any aspect of the Project that the Project Managers are unable to resolve, the Project Manager for either MTC or AGENCY may request that an ad hoc Dispute Resolution Committee (“DRC”) be convened to resolve the dispute.
