Dispute Resolution Agreement definition

Dispute Resolution Agreement means that certain Dispute Resolution Agreement entered into by Parent (or one of its current direct or indirect subsidiaries) and the Executive on June 19, 2023, as such agreement may be amended from time-to-time.
