Dispute Notice Date definition

Dispute Notice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1.3 of the Management Agreement or Section 5.1.3 of the Services Agreement.

  • In the event that such Dispute is not resolved within forty five (45) days of the Dispute Notice Date, any Party may, by written notice to the other, have such Dispute referred to the executive-level employees of each Party (or their designees, which designee is required to have decision-making authority on behalf of such Party), who will attempt to resolve such Dispute for a forty five (45) day period following receipt of such written notice.
