Disposition Fee definition

Disposition Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.03.
Disposition Fee means the fees payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.03.

Any Disposition Fee payable under the Advisory Agreement may be paid in addition to real estate commissions paid to non-Affiliates, provided that the total real estate commissions (including such Disposition Fee) paid to all Persons by the Corporation for each Real Estate Asset, upon disposition thereof, shall not exceed an amount equal to the lesser of (1) 6% of the aggregate Contract Price of each Real Estate Asset or (2) the Competitive Real Estate Commission for each Real Estate Asset. The Corporation will pay the Disposition Fee for a property at the time the property is sold.
