Disposal Services definition

Disposal Services means the solid waste disposal services to be provided by the County pursuant to the Service Covenant and otherwise hereunder.
Disposal Services means services related to the treatment or disposal of Obsolete Pesticides and Associated Waste under Part B of the Project;
Disposal Services means those facilities, equipment, programs and services of the Solid Waste Management System received after collection for transfer, transportation, landfill and related services.

Disposal Services means services related to the treatment or disposal of Obsolete Pesticides and Associated Waste under Part 1 of the Project, as set forth in paragraph
Disposal Services means i) the acceptance, transfer, and transportation of Solid Waste that is Approved Disposal Materials and received from the Franchised Haulers, within and from the Transfer Station (or other Designated Facility, if directed by Contractor) to the Disposal Site; ii) the management of the disposal of all Solid Waste that is Approved Disposal Materials at the Disposal Site; iii) the acceptance, processing, transfer, transportation and management of Approved Recyclable Materials that are Approved Disposal Materials and received from the Franchised Haulers, within and from the MRF (or other Designated Facility, if directed by Contractor); and iv) the transportation and disposal at the Disposal Site of any Residuals from such processing of Approved Recyclable Materials, all as provided in this Agreement. Disposal Services do not include acceptance, processing, transfer, transportation or management of i) Excluded Materials, ii) Excluded Recyclable Materials, iii) Exempted Drop Box Materials, iv) Exempted Hauler Account Materials, v) Exempted Facility Material, vi) Food Waste or vii) Green Waste.
Disposal Services means the pick-up of items for disposal at the Customer’s Location and the delivery of such items to the licensed environmental services disposal site.
Disposal Services. (or obligations) means all of Contractor’s obligations, requirements, responsibilities, duties and liabilities under this Contract, including: Services under Sections 3 and 4; record keeping, reporting, indemnifications, and remedies under Sections 9, 10, 11, 13 and other contract administration requirements; and providing insurance and financial assurance under Section 11.
