Disposal Proceeds definition

Disposal Proceeds means the proceeds of a Non-Distressed Disposal (as defined in paragraph (b) below).

Disposal Proceeds means the Net Proceeds received by any member of the Group (including any amount received in repayment of intercompany debt) for any Disposal made by any member of the Group except for Excluded Disposal Proceeds.

Examples of Disposal Proceeds in a sentence

• Financial Assistance paid in respect of RTA and SHB discounts will be subject to the rules of the Disposal Proceeds fund (DPF).
