Disposal Contract definition

Disposal Contract means (a) the grant of a disposition or other conveyance in re sp ect of the Agreement Development Subjects o r a ny part thereof (o ther than in re sp ect of an individual Residential Unit to a proprietor or proprietors for occupation as a private dwellinghouse), or any other contract or assignation therefor or thereof, and (b) the e ntering into of missives or other agreement for the same;
Disposal Contract means (a) a disposition or lease in respect of the Application Site, or any part thereof, or any other contract or agreement effecting the sale, disposal, transfer or assignation thereof, and (b) the entering into of missives or other agreement for the same;
Disposal Contract means the real property purchase contract pursuant to Clause 5.1.
