Dispensary Permit definition

Dispensary Permit means a medical marijuana dispensary permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
Dispensary Permit means a City permit to operate a Medical Cannabis Dispensary pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Chapter and the conditions of approval for the permit.
Dispensary Permit means a medical cannabis dispensary permit issued pursuant to this chapter.

  • Subject to receipt of the Dispensary Permit, the Borrower (or NewCo, as and when formed) possesses all permits necessary to operate the business of the Loan Parties as presently conducted and proposed to be conducted.

  • In order to further protect the Collateral used as security for the Note Balance by ensuring separation of the Collateral from the other assets of the Borrower, the Borrower hereby covenants and agrees to seek approval from the DOH, at the earliest allowable opportunity, to form a wholly-owned subsidiary (“NewCo”) and transfer the Dispensary Permit to NewCo on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Security Agreement.

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof; provided, however, that the parties acknowledge their respective obligations to comply with the laws of the Commonwealth (including the rules and requirements promulgated by the DOH) only and specifically as related to cannabis matters pertaining to the Dispensary Permit and operation of the Retail Locations.

  • The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit or cause NewCo to, sell, assign, license, lease, convey, transfer or otherwise dispose of (whether in one or a series of transactions) (i) any property or assets of the Loan Parties that constitute Collateral (as defined in the Security Agreement), other than in the ordinary course of business, or (ii) the Dispensary Permit.

More Definitions of Dispensary Permit

Dispensary Permit means a Cannabis Dispensary permit issued pursuant to this Chapter.
Dispensary Permit means a license to open and operate up to three (3) medical marijuana dispensaries in the Commonwealth (collectively, the “Retail Locations”), and (iii) “Location Opening Date” means the date on which the Dispensary Permit has been issued in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and at least one (1) Retail Location both (A) is open for business and (B) has made at least one (1) commercial sale.

Related to Dispensary Permit

  • Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11. For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit or “NPDES” means a permit issued by the MPCA as required by federal law for the purpose of regulating the discharge of pollutants from point sources into waters of the United States from concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) as defined by federal law

  • Parking Permit means a permit issued by the Council to residents allowing the parking of a vehicle in a residents parking bay on the highway within the area of the Council but not including a disabled person’s “purple badge” issued pursuant to Section 21 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.

  • Land use permit means a permit issued by a land use authority.

  • Supervisory Permission means, in relation to any action, such supervisory permission (or, as appropriate, waiver) from the Regulator and/or the Relevant Resolution Authority as is required therefor under Applicable Banking Regulations.

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • Governmental Approval is any consent, authorization, approval, order, license, franchise, permit, certificate, accreditation, registration, filing or notice, of, issued by, from or to, or other act by or in respect of, any Governmental Authority.

  • Construction permit is defined in Section 4.

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

  • Necessary preconstruction approvals or permits means those permits or approvals required under federal air quality control laws and regulations and those air quality control laws and regulations which are part of the applicable State Implementation Plan.

  • Environmental Approval means any consent, authorisation, licence or approval of any governmental or public body or authorities or courts applicable to any Relevant Ship or its operation or the carriage of cargo and/or passengers thereon and/or the provision of goods and/or services on or from such Relevant Ship required under any Environmental Law;

  • residence permit means a permit of any type issued by Armenia or one of the Member States entitling a person to reside on its territory. This shall not include temporary permissions to remain on its territory in connection with the processing of an asylum application or an application for a residence permit;

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Environmental Permit means any permit, approval, identification number, license or other authorization required under any Environmental Law.

  • Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
