DISH Network definition

DISH Network means DISH Network Corporation, a Nevada corporation, together with each Wholly Owned Subsidiary of DISH Network that beneficially owns 100% of the Equity Interests of the Company, but only so long as DISH Network beneficially owns 100% of the Equity Interests of such Subsidiary.
DISH Network means the DBS service of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
DISH Network means the DBS network owned and operated in the United States by ESC and its Affiliates.

A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.
