DISCRIMINATION PROHIBITED. No person shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise discriminated against in connection with the award and performance of this contract on the grounds of race, color, sex or national origin. The following assurance becomes a part of this contract and must be included in and made a part of each subcontract the prime contractor enters into with their subcontractors (49 CFR 26.13): “The contractor, and/or subcontractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this contract.
