Discretionary Matching Contribution definition

Discretionary Matching Contribution means a contribution for the benefit of a Participant as described in Section 5.2.
Discretionary Matching Contribution means a contribution made for Plan Years prior to January 1, 2000 for the benefit of a Participant by an Employer which is based upon the Financial Objective obtained by the close of the Plan Year in accordance with Section 3.4.

Discretionary Matching Contribution means a contribution for the benefit of a Participant as described in Section 5.2. 2.9 Election Form means the deferral election form as approved and prescribed by the Employee Benefits Committee. The Election Form and any related enrollment forms may be provided under an electronic or web-based program or format as approved by the Employee Benefits Committee. 2.10 Elective Deferral means the portion of Compensation which is deferred by a Participant under Section 4.1. 2.11 Eligible Employee means each employee of the Employer who is classified by the Employer as Band 9 level and above. 2.12 Employee Benefits Committee means the committee whose members shall from time to time be appointed by the Company and its designee(s). 2.13 Employer means the Company and any majority-owned U.S. subsidiary of Travelport Worldwide Limited, whether directly or indirectly held, that participates in the Plan with the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company, or their designees, including the Employee Benefits Committee. 2.14 ERISA means the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended from time to time. Reference to any section or subsection of ERISA includes reference to any comparable or succeeding provisions of any legislation which amends, supplements or replaces such section or subsection. 2.15 Matching Contribution means a contribution for the benefit of a Participant as described in Section 5.1. 2.16 Participant means any individual who participates in the Plan in accordance with Article 3.
Discretionary Matching Contribution means a contribution made under Section 4.1.3 of Article IV, and "Discretionary Matching Contribution Account" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11 of Article IV.
Discretionary Matching Contribution means a contribution made by an Employer on behalf of each Participant who makes a Tax-Deferred Contribution pursuant to Subsection 5.3.

  • Matching Contribution means Employer contributions made to this Plan or any other defined contribution plan by reason of Thrift Contributions or Elective Deferrals under this Plan.

Any contributions deemed to be Elective Contributions (whether or not used to satisfy the “Actual Deferral Percentage” tests or the “Actual Contribution Percentage” tests) shall be subject to the requirements of Sections 4.2(b) and 4.2(c) and shall further be required to satisfy the nondiscrimination requirements of Regulation 1.401(k)-1(b)(5) and Regulation 1.401(m)-1(b)(5), the provisions of which are specifically incorporated herein by reference.

  • Participant Contributions means contributions made by the Participant pursuant to an executed Pay Reduction Agreement subject to the Participant Contribution limits contained in Article III.
