Discovery Activities definition

Discovery Activities means the Development activities to be performed during the Discovery Term by Galapagos and AbbVie as set forth in the Discovery Work Plan from time to time.
Discovery Activities means the activities undertaken by the Parties to achieve a greater understanding of the Customer’s requirements and elaborate the Configuration Document or Fluent’s proposal. Discovery Phase means an initial period (to be agreed by the Parties) during which the Parties conduct the Discovery Activities and agree any Change or changes to this Agreement. Documentation means the document made available to the Customer by Fluent from time to time which sets out a description of the Flexi-Grant Services and the User instructions for the Flexi-Grant Services. Data Protection Legislation means all applicable laws and regulations from time to time in force relating to personal data, privacy and the processing of Personal Data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time. Data Subject shall have the meaning given to it in the Data Protection Legislation.
Discovery Activities means, with respect to a Discovery and Characterization Study Plan, the research activities contemplated by such Discovery and Characterization Study Plan and any associated manufacturing or supply activities contemplated under Section 3 (Discovery Activities).

  • Each Party shall perform the Discovery Activities assigned to such Party in the Discovery Work Plan (including by providing FTEs in accordance with Section 3.1.5(i)), and shall do so in accordance with the Discovery Work Plan (including the budget set forth therein, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof (the “Discovery Budget”)) by allocating sufficient time, effort, equipment, and skilled personnel to complete such Discovery Activities successfully and promptly.

  • Each Party shall, and shall require its Affiliates and Subcontractors to, comply with all applicable Laws in their conduct of the Pre-Funded Discovery Activities with respect to the Discovery Programs, including where appropriate cGMP, GCP and GLP (or similar standards) for the performance of laboratory activities.
