Discount Value means the amount equal to any discounts off of WAC pricing granted to McKesson with respect to branded product purchased by McKesson during the applicable Contract Year. The payment of the Initial Fee Payments and Fee Balance shall be in full satisfaction of Manufacture’s obligation to pay the Fee with respect to the applicable Contract Year.
