Discount Receivable definition

Discount Receivable means any Receivable that has an APR which is less than the Required Rate.
Discount Receivable means those Receivables which have APRs which are less than the sum of (i) the Pass-Through Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate.
Discount Receivable means a Receivable that has a Contract Rate that is less than the Required Rate.
