Discount Program means the Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program established under section 1860D-14A of the Act.

Discount Program. The published rates set out in the UPS Service and Tariff Guide in effect on the date of shipment are referred to in this Agreement as the "UPS Tariff". UPS will apply discounted rates as set out in the attached (Addendum A), subject to the conditions set out therein.
