Discount Option definition

Discount Option shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.14. ---------------
Discount Option means an Option granted under this Plan that has an exercise price less than the aggregate Fair Market Value of the Common Stock subject to such Option on the Date of Grant of such Option, but not less than the aggregate par value of such shares.

More Definitions of Discount Option

Discount Option shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(c).
