Discontinued Operation definition

Discontinued Operation means any operating group, business unit, operation, division, Subsidiary, line of business or investment managed or operated by CSC or any of its Subsidiaries at any time prior to the Effective Time and sold, transferred or otherwise discontinued prior to the Effective Time.
