Discontinued Businesses definition

Discontinued Businesses means (x) the can sealing and coating portion of the New Grace Business which portion is described in the proviso to the definition of the Packaging Business and (y) certain other businesses currently accounted for as discontinued operations.
Discontinued Businesses means (i) the business of developing, marketing, licensing, installing and maintaining the searcher software product, which the Company refers to as its searcher business, (ii) the business of supplying customers with light industrial and clerical workers on a temporary basis, which the Company refers to as its temporary staffing business, (iii) the business of performing contingency and retainer-based searches for physical therapists for the home health industry, which the Company refers to as its home health business, (iv) the business of implementing enterprise resource planning software in Puerto Rico, and (v) the permanent placement revenue and expenses directly generated by Lamb, Dimke, Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx. Notwithstanding this definition, none of these businesses will be considered Discontinued Businesses for purposes of calculating Adjusted EBITDA if these businesses have not been disposed of or otherwise shutdown by February 28, 2000.
Discontinued Businesses means, collectively, the Company’s (a) BPCI-A Business, (b) Episodes of Care Business and (c) Community Business.
