Discontinuation Date definition

Discontinuation Date means any date designated by Symphony Dynamo which shall occur on or after the 90th day following the receipt by Dynavax of notice from Symphony Dynamo of Symphony Dynamo’s intent to discontinue a Program in accordance with the terms of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.
Discontinuation Date means the date determined by the Depositor within a reasonable time following the Underlying Securities Issuer's either (x) having stated in writing that it intends permanently to cease filing periodic reports required under the Exchange Act or (y) having failed to file all required periodic reports for one full year.

Examples of Discontinuation Date in a sentence

More Definitions of Discontinuation Date

Discontinuation Date means the date of the later to occur of: (i) the death of the Executive; or (ii) the death of the Spouse.
