Discontinuance of service means the intentional cessation of basic local exchange service by a LEC not voluntarily requested by a customer.

  • Discontinuance of service to a unit for any reason shall not prevent the Company from pursuing any lawful remedy by action at law or otherwise for the collection of monies due from the Customer.
