Examples of Discontinuance Notice in a sentence
The date on which LWC shall be discontinued as set forth in a Discontinuance Notice is referred to as a “Discontinuance Date”.
The Parties shall cooperate in good faith in negotiating an agreement for replacement products and scheduling and effecting the transition from LWC so that CARRIER no longer has any LWC lines on or prior to a Discontinuance Date as set forth in the Discontinuance Notice.
In order to request such discontinuance of service, the customer requesting discontinuance of service must file a written Discontinuance Notice in person at the Districts’ office and such customer must present the customer’s picture ID or answer a challenge question as set forth in this agreement.
If a Party fails to pay any charges billed to it under this Agreement, including but not limited to any Late Payment Charges or Unpaid Charges, and any portion of such Unpaid Charges remain unpaid after the Bill Due Date, the Billing Party will send a Discontinuance Notice to such Non-Paying Party.
The Non-Paying Party must remit all Unpaid Charges, excluding Disputed Amounts, to the Billing Party within forty-five (45) calendar days of the Discontinuance Notice.
