Discontinuance Date definition

Discontinuance Date means the date when a Discontinuing Party will cease to be a Party to this Agreement determined in accordance with the Market Code;

Discontinuance Date means the date on and after which no further Purchase Payments will be made to MetLife under this Contract.

Discontinuance Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.01(b).
