Disclosure Requirements definition

Disclosure Requirements means the Electricity Distribution (Information Disclosure) Requirements 2008 issued by the Commerce Commission under sections 57T and 57U of the Commerce Xxx 0000 as amended or replaced from time to time;
Disclosure Requirements means the requirements for the obtaining and disclosure of information in relation to the Scheme under the 1995 Act.
Disclosure Requirements means the requirements about disclosing information contained in the Pensions Act 1995 and the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2013
