Disclosure Documentation definition

Disclosure Documentation means the disclosure documentation we provide to you, including: • the account fees disclosure documentation; • the interest disclosure documentation, if the account pays you interest; • the Signature Card; and • any amended disclosure documentation for your account from time to time.
Disclosure Documentation means the Account fees and related services disclosure documentation and, if the Account is an interest-bearing Account, the interest disclosure documentation you received when you opened the Account or were added as a joint accountholder, as applicable;
Disclosure Documentation means the Account fees and interest disclosure documentation I received when I opened the Account or was added as a joint Account holder, as applicable. “I”, “me”, “my”, “you” and “your” refers to each person who has signed the application form, signature card and declaration.

More Definitions of Disclosure Documentation

Disclosure Documentation means the account fees and interest disclosure documentation we received when we opened the Account or were added as a joint accountholder, as applicable.
Disclosure Documentation means the fees and the interest disclosure documentation you received when you opened the Account or acquired the Investment or when you made any changes to the Account or Investment or which we have subsequently made and disclosed to you in accordance with the Agreement. Documents has the meaning in section 2 below. Investment means a deposit of funds in a GIC or other investment product with Oaken Financial held by you or Home Trust Company as the trustee of the RRSP, RSP, RIF or TFSA. Message Notifications means a message notification we post for you to access through Online Banking.
Disclosure Documentation means a disclosure letter of even date herewith and the bundles of documentation in the agreed form referred to therein and disclosed by the Vendor to Xxxx Dimplex;
Disclosure Documentation means the documents identified in the Disclosure Letter and documents included on a schedule of disclosure documentation copies of certain of which are contained in agreed bundles;
Disclosure Documentation means, in respect of the Condominium, the disclosure statement, first year budget statement, declaration, by-laws and rules, proposed condominium management agreement and draft plan of standard condominium;

Related to Disclosure Documentation

  • Disclosure Document means any registration statement (including the Form 10) filed with the SEC by or on behalf of any Party or any member of its Group, and also includes any information statement (including the Information Statement), prospectus, offering memorandum, offering circular, periodic report or similar disclosure document, whether or not filed with the SEC or any other Governmental Authority, in each case that describes the Separation or the Distribution or the SpinCo Group or primarily relates to the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Flood Documentation means, with respect to each Mortgaged Property located in the United States of America or any territory thereof, (i) a completed “life-of-loan” Federal Emergency Management Agency standard flood hazard determination (to the extent a Mortgaged Property is located in a Special Flood Hazard Area, together with a notice about Special Flood Hazard Area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by the Borrower and the applicable Loan Party relating thereto) and (ii) a copy of, or a certificate as to coverage under, and a declaration page relating to, the insurance policies required by Section 5.02(c) hereof and the applicable provisions of the Security Documents, each of which shall (A) be endorsed or otherwise amended to include a “standard” or “New York” lender’s loss payable or mortgagee endorsement (as applicable), (B) name the Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, as additional insured and loss payee/mortgagee, (C) identify the address of each property located in a Special Flood Hazard Area, the applicable flood zone designation and the flood insurance coverage and deductible relating thereto and (D) be otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

  • Existing Material means Material developed independently of this Agreement that is incorporated in or supplied as part of Reporting Material or Activity Material.

  • Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;
