Disclosed Documents definition

Disclosed Documents means the documents listed in Part 1 of the Schedule;
Disclosed Documents means the documents listed in Part [3] of the Schedule;]
Disclosed Documents means all those documents and information relating to the business of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries disclosed and provided to Buyer (or its agents or advisers) prior to the date hereof and as listed at Schedule 1.01 of the Seller Disclosure Letter.

More Definitions of Disclosed Documents

Disclosed Documents means the Disclosure Letter, the information provided in the Data Room and the Completion Disclosure Letter (including the agreed form bundle of documents to the Disclosure Letter and/or the Completion Disclosure Letter (if any)).
Disclosed Documents shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 8.5.1 (ii).
Disclosed Documents see the comments on Clause 4.1 below. "Letter of Undertaking" is only required if the Lease is not registrable.

Disclosed Documents means the schedule of deeds and documents marked Disclosed Documents and annexed hereto
