Disclosed Data definition

Disclosed Data means any information, data and documents made available or issued to Project Co or any Project Contractor or Sub-Contractor in connection with the Project by or on behalf of the Authority, including any information relating to the Lands or the requirements of any Governmental Authority, whether before or after the execution of this Agreement;
Disclosed Data means any information, data and documents (including in PLS-CADD or any other electronic format) made available or issued to the Design-Builder or any Subcontractor or other person on behalf of the Design-Builder or any Subcontractor in connection with the Project by or on behalf of the Owner, including any information relating to the Land or the requirements of any governmental authority, whether before or after the Effective Date;
Disclosed Data means the Personal Data disclosed to the Supplier by or on behalf of the University in connection with the supply of the Goods and/or delivery of the Services, and in this context "disclose" includes directly or indirectly giving the Supplier, or arranging for the Supplier to have, access to Personal Data in any manner and in any form or format whatsoever, including by instructing the Supplier to collect Personal Data directly from the Data Subject (or anyone authorised by the Data Subject to provide it).

Examples of Disclosed Data in a sentence

  • It is Project Co’s responsibility to have conducted its own analysis and review of the Project and, before the execution of this Agreement, to have taken all steps it considers necessary to satisfy itself as to the accuracy, completeness and applicability of any Disclosed Data upon which it places reliance and to assess all risks related to the Project.

  • Subject to clause 6.3 (Fraudulent Statements), the Authority does not give any warranty or undertaking as to the relevance, completeness, accuracy or fitness for any purpose of any of the Disclosed Data.

More Definitions of Disclosed Data

Disclosed Data means information relating to the Contract disclosed to the Contractor before the date of this Contract, including: (a) the ITPD documents; and (b) information provided via the Emptoris portals;
Disclosed Data means any data defined as such in Schedule Part 1 of each Project Agreement;
Disclosed Data means any Design Data and any other written information, data and documents made available or issued to hubco or any hubco Party in connection with the Project by or on behalf of the Authority (or any Authority Party) whether before or after the execution of this Agreement.
