Disciplinary Process definition

Disciplinary Process means the process beginning with the Salary Cap Manager investigating a breach and ending with the Disciplinary Panel making a decision;
Disciplinary Process means the process initiated against a staff member pursuant to Staff Regulation 10.1(a), beginning with the issuance of Charges of Misconduct;

Examples of Disciplinary Process in a sentence

  • Students who are arrested or indicted or know of a student who is arrested or indicted are encouraged to immediately inform the Program Administrator.Students arrested or indicted will be placed on investigative suspension, and the Disciplinary Process described in the Student Code of Conduct will be followed.
