Examples of Disciplinary Committee in a sentence
The Village Disciplinary Committee evaluates all cases and can impose penalties such as eviction from Campus residence.
They understand and agree that if the CSAHA Disciplinary Committee or the Board of Directors determines that either the Player or the Parent(s) have failed to abide by the Rules, including, but not limited to, the Codes of Conduct, CSAHA may, in its sole discretion, impose disciplinary sanctions, including the suspension or termination of the Player and/or Parents participation privileges in CSAHA programs including attendance at arenas and other venues where CSAHA activities are being conducted.
Any breach of this Licence and/or the Code of Conduct will result in a referral to the Village Disciplinary Committee.
Tenants violating the above policies will be called before the Disciplinary Committee and may be asked to vacate the Dormitories.
Any deficiency in service by the empanelled Network Hospital (Provider) or non-compliance of the provisions of MOU will be scrutinized by the Empanelment & Disciplinary Committee (EDC) constituted as per the Trust order No. HFW/SAST/05/2009-10 dated 18th Dec 2009 comprising of representatives from the Trust and make deliberations to suspend / de-list / stop payments or any other appropriate action based on the nature of the complaint against the Provider.
