Discarded Materials definition

Discarded Materials means Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and Solid Waste placed by a Generator in a receptacle and/or at a location for the purposes of Collection, excluding Excluded Waste.

More Definitions of Discarded Materials

Discarded Materials means Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and C&D placed by a Generator in a receptacle and/or at a location for the purposes of Collection by Contractor, excluding Excluded Waste. “Disposal or Dispose (or any variation thereof)” means the final disposition of Solid Waste at a Disposal site. Disposal does not include the use of Organic Materials as ADC so long as County and State regulations consider ADC use of Organic Materials as Diversion under the Act.
Discarded Materials means recyclable materials, organic materials, and solid waste discarded by a generator for the purpose of collection and/or Self-Hauling, excluding excluded waste.
Discarded Materials means derelict, discarded, or unused materials, Filth or Rubbish whether or not used for commercial purposes or as part of a trade or calling or for potential future resale, including but not limited to dead animals, paper products, glass, metal, plastics, plastic containers, wire, ropes, machinery, tires, Derelict Vehicles, inoperable vehicles, Vehicle Parts, Appliances, and any other scrap or salvage.
Discarded Materials means and includes all materials not in use for the construction, maintenance, or as part of the equipment or furnishings, of the building situated on the premises and includes apparatuses, motor vehicles, or other chattels in a dismantled or partly dismantled state, not in use for the purposes for which they were constructed or intended, and occupying a place open to public view;
Discarded Materials means Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Yard Trimmings, Organics and C&D placed by a Generator in a Container or other receptacle and/or at a location for the purposes of Collection, excluding Excluded Waste.
