Disbursement Rate definition

Disbursement Rate means an annual rate of interest, as of the date of determination, equal to the greater of (a) eight percent (8%) and (b) the per annum rate for ten (10) year U.S. Treasury Obligations as published in The Wall Street Journal plus three hundred (300) basis points; provided, however, that in no event shall the Disbursement Rate exceed eleven and one-half percent (11.5%).
Disbursement Rate means the price per MWh of Energy output delivered by the QFCP Generator to a Delivery Point(s) designated by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Service Classification, as set forth in Section I herein.

  • If such offset cannot be made because the Term has expired prior to application in full thereof, Landlord shall pay the unapplied balance of such offset to Tenant, together with interest at the Disbursement Rate, which interest shall accrue from the date of payment by Tenant until the date of payment by Landlord.

  • If, however, the audit discloses that Tenant and/or Operator has not received any amounts due it, Landlord shall pay to Tenant and/or Operator, as applicable, such amounts, plus interest thereon at the Disbursement Rate from the date such amounts should originally have been paid.

  • If such a credit cannot be made because the Term has expired before the credit can be applied in full Landlord shall pay the unapplied balance of such credit to Tenant, together with interest at the Disbursement Rate, which interest shall accrue from the date of payment by Tenant until the date of payment from Landlord.

Disbursement Rate means an annual rate of interest, as of the date of determination, equal to the greater of (i) the Interest Rate and (ii) the per annum rate for fifteen (15) year U.S. Treasury Obligations as published in The Wall Street Journal plus three hundred fifty (350) basis points.
