Disbursement Period definition

Disbursement Period means the period during which Grant Funds may be disbursed.
Disbursement Period means the period from the date of this Note to, but not including, the Amortization Commencement Date, during which the Bank may advance funds to Borrower in accordance with the terms of this Note and/or a Loan Agreement, if applicable.
Disbursement Period means the interval between disbursements from the Replacement Reserve Fund, which interval shall be no shorter than once a month.

  • The Borrower shall not be required to cover the Bank's expenses for general inspection and supervision, unless the Bank establishes otherwise during the Original Disbursement Period as a consequence of its periodic review of financial charges for ordinary capital loans, and notifies the Borrower accordingly.
