Disaster Recovery Procedures definition

Disaster Recovery Procedures has the meaning given in clause 8(a).
Disaster Recovery Procedures has the meaning given in clause 20(a).
Disaster Recovery Procedures means the procedures, plans and documentation relating to disaster recovery activities, which procedures will be assumed, maintained and improved by Certen during the Term in accordance with Section 5.10 of the Agreement and this Exhibit.

  • Servicing Procedures means the servicing procedures of Ford Credit relating to retail installment sale contracts originated or purchased by Ford Credit as the procedures may change.

  • Fraud Monitoring System means an off-line administration system that monitors suspected occurrences of ABT- related fraud.
